The “Spring Bud Program” is a social welfare project initiated and organized by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF) in 1989 to help out-of-school girls in poverty-stricken areas to go back to school.TTC has been helping a number of out-of-school girls to go back to school since 2005, and has a person who is responsible for contacting them, caring about their living and learning conditions and solving the difficulties they encounter in a timely manner.
